Welcome to Middle School! I am one of three 6th grade math teachers at MCMS. This is my 2nd full year of teaching middle school and my 17th year with CMCSS. I began my teaching career in Italy at the DODEA school in Naples teaching Italian Immersion 1st grade and then in Stavanger Norway at the International School (ISS) in 2nd grade. Yes, I am from a military family, thus all the moves. My husband retired from the US Army after 30 years of service, last year and is long term subbing for Rossview High School. Our daughter graduated from RHS in 2016 as the Valedictorian and went on to MTSU and graduated in Forensics Science, Suma Cum Laude. She works for the TBI in Nashville in the Chemistry lab and presents her findings in court.

I love, love, love teaching and working with students; it is my passion and calling. Math is my strength, and I try to make it fun so that all my students enjoy my class and love learning math!
